Intersecting groups with an additional row or column excluded

Same as the previous strategy Intersecting groups allow that only 1 cell in a group can contain a certain number, but finding more rows or columns to eliminate where the following situation exists:

Example Puzzle

In the example above, note that in the third box, neither the first nor second row can contain a 4, so the third row must contain a 4. Therefore, neither the second nor third row of the first box can contain a 4. This means that the only available cell * in the first row of the first box must be a 4.
